Due to new opportunities, our client which is one of the leader companies in the Composit industry is currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager in Munich, Germany.

 

Qualifications

• Conducts internal and external analysis and assessment of industry, customers, competitors etc. and formulates strategies consistent with corporate goals & direction,
• Bachelor’s Degree in one of the engineering diciplines, Civil Engineering or Mining Engineering,
• Fluent German and English language skills, professional level command of written and spoken,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the synthetic/steel fiber industries and chemical admixtures/construction chemicals,
• General understanding of cement & chemical grouts, injections and shotcrete applications. Proven record in sales,
• Experience with Tunnel Boring Machine or Soil Injections will be an advantage.
• Basic understanding of construction and chemicals safety,
• Having knowledge related with the national and international standards and regulations,
• Ability to conduct communication, presentations and demonstrations to project stakeholders,
• Strong analytical thinking, time management and negotiation skills,
• Willing to travel 70%,
• Has a valid driving license,
• Military service completion for male candidates.

 

Job Description

• Oversight of the Synthetic Fiber market – Germany and Europe.
• Provide product recommendations in driving business development opportunities to ensure maximum sales.
• Evaluate plans and specifications.
• Analyze field conditions and provide engineering recommendations and solutions for customers in • Germany and expanding to Europe.
• Solicit sales and track projects to meet quarterly business objectives,
• To provide pipeline of projects that is align with the annual sales expectations,
• To work closely with R&D and technical team for site trials and demonstration,
• To identify and have full visibility on synthetic fiber opportunities within tunneling, mining, and new underground structures,
• Communicate and implement sales strategies with internal and external parties,
• Work closely with the International Sales Team on any sales opportunities / risk / any other relevant issues.
• Provide technical support for Superstructure, Infrastructure & Tunneling & Mining applications.
