We are currently looking for an energetic and highly motivated “Recruitment Consultant” to provide support with the recruitment needs of our clients for our rapidly expanding office in İstanbul.

In exchange, the ideal candidate will get a permanent contract while he/she gets the opportunity to sign on with a solid, rapidly growing company where he/she will have the chance to build his/her career in an international environment. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
• At least 3 years of recruitment experience preferably within international companies or recruitment agencies.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Very good level of MS Office applications
• Client/service-oriented, organized and constant team players with strong communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and planning skills
• Good relationship-building skills and negotiation skills
• Able to work with strict deadlines
• No military service obligation for male candidates
• Driving license B

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

• Take full control on international recruitment projects for specialist and manager level roles
• Client management through regular calls, and visits
• Develop an understanding of client’s requirements, identify potential candidates through existing contacts, advertising roles or headhunting (executive search)
• Preparation of job descriptions and other recruitment documents
• Advertising posts appropriately, drafting and placing advertisments using a wide range of media.
• Reviewing applications, managing interviews, evaluating candidates and preparing shortlists.
• Assess candidates’ skills through telephone and face to face interviews, tests and background checks, make recommendations to the client
• Conduct competency based interviews
• Provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements and career opportunities
• Monitoring candidates once placed and collecting feedback from employers on the performance of candidates who have previously been placed with them
