Due to new opportunities, our client which is one of the leader companies in the Composit industry is currently looking for a R&D Project Leader in Munich, Germany.
Job Description
• Takes part in R&D team of Munich Design Center as Project Leader,
• Develop engineering solutions and / or materials that will strengthen infrastructure, superstructure in the construction sector in order to increase the added value and ensure sustainability.
• In line with requests from customer, it can analyze the request (or problem), define the necessary technology and the need for work, make the project, solve the problem and create added value.
• Develops project schedules and budgets, coordinates necessary resources and activities to execute the projects on time and as budgeted, meeting the objectives of the project.
• Reports to the management with systematic documentation of the work done for each phase of projects.
Desired Skills and Experience
• Min. 5 years of experience and B.Sc. and preferably M.Sc degree in Civil Engineering-Structural Engineering, capable of computing analysis via FEA such as SAP 2000, Xtract and similar cross-section analysers,
• Having knowledge and experience related with the national and international standards and regulations,
• Preferably experience in the materials field such as construction synthetic fibers (PP, carbon fiber etc. ) reinforcement industry
• Preferably experience in the design of railway systems and tunneling projects
• Knowledge of building structural material, experience in field applications.
• Project engineering and/or management experience is an asset,
• Fluent German and English language skills, professional level command of written and spoken
• Advanced computer skills and knowledge of MS Office programs and AutoCad, Autodesk Revit
• Strong communication skills. Team worker as well as team leader,
• Analytical thinking, result oriented, enthusiastic, fast in action but with detailed planning,
• Self motivated, positive and energetic, excellence in team work, knowledge sharing, creative, eager to learn continuously,
• Customer oriented problem solver who can identify the root causes and recommend/apply corrective actions,
• Military service completion for male candidates,
• No restriction to travel.
