Our client is one of the premier suppliers of the industrial group and delivers the highest quality of products and services in the sector. Due to new opportunities, they are currently looking for an; ‘’IT Support Engineer’’.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum of 3-4 years experience with local or remote user support on IT position
· General orientation in IT area, HW and SW with focus on Windows platforms.
· Experience with bulk computer imaging and software delivery systems (SCCM) is an advantage
· Basic Network knowledge (TCP IP, DHCP, DNS, Wireless, WAN, etc.)
· Knowledge of Active Directory environment
· General knowledge of cloud services (M365, Azure ..etc.)
· Mobile OS basics (capable to support IOS and Android devices)
· MDM knowledge/SNOW knowledge is an advantage
· Provide on-site or remote support in case of emergency situations after working hours
· Being regularly on PC inventory records
· General knowledge of CCTV Systems
· General knowledge of barcode scanners (Motorola & Honeywell Devices)
· Good knowledge and troubleshooting laser and barcode printers
· Site support when needed different locations in Istanbul (Anatolian side)
· Excellent communications skills. (oral and written Turkish and English)
· Understanding of prioritization with respect to a business need and urgency
· Capable to handle complex problems and work under pressure
· To be service-minded, solution, and business-oriented.
· Driving license is a must
· No military obligation for male candidates
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Provide on-site and remote Support, for hardware failure inline defined SLAs
· Operational services such as computer imaging, HW diagnostic, and application Support
· Installation of new PC, Smartphone, and Tablet
· Replacement end life PC, Smartphone, and Tablet
· Deliver simple tasks within local or global projects
· Knowledge in Servers, LAN/WAN, M365, Hardware troubleshooting (basic)
· First level Support on end-user Workstation troubleshooting and printer devices
· Procurement of IT hardware and accessories
· Providing support onboarding and offboarding progress
