Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from related departments of universities,
• Minimum 6 years of experience in digital marketing & communications and relations with agencies in a corporate company,
• B2B market experince is an asset,
• Fluency in English both written and spoken,
• Experience in SEO,Conversion rate optimization and social media management etc.
• Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills,
• Strong capability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities and needs,
• Excellent organizational and time management skills,
• High sense of responsibility & flexibility,
• Excellent PC and MS Office skills

Job Description

• Develop, in conjunction with the Respective Managers and ensure execution of a comprehensive marketing and communication plans for the year; its purpose should be the promotion of our company and its products in the markets we operate in. Assist all stakeholders in the region to implement similar plans
• Create, implement and develop a Digital Marketing and Communication Strategy
• Promoting our equipment and service by leveraging online marketing and communication strategy such as social media marketing, search marketing and e mail marketing,
• Engage your visitors to become your customers with right content management
• Search engine optimization (SEO) to optimize your content,
• Advertising to drive paid traffic to your website, where potential customers can track your brand
• E-mail marketing to follow up with our customers to be sure they continue to get the solutions they’re looking for.
• Perform social media activities so that we attract the right talent
• Applying analytics to understand the whole picture and take necessary action if necessary (Conversion rate optimization)
• Be an active player to implement and develop CRM tool.
• Budget and monitor quarterly all associated activities and ensure execution of the plans; keep the • Business Controllers and General Manager informed of the cost.
• Effectively coordinate with Respective Managers so that the plans materialize.
• Develop a common related set of policies suitable for our operations.
• Establish and implement an internal communication channel (e.g. a newsletter) which will keep our personnel abreast of developments both from our company as well as from the Group.
• Standardize according to company’s Brand Manual: Power Point presentations, letterheads, fax, e-mails, quotes/orders/invoices, business cards, packing material, company car logotypes, signs etc. and organize brand audits once a year.
• Ensure that our positioning as a socially and environmentally responsible company is communicated to our personnel.
• Promote Group Portals in the company, like The Hub, IMS portal, other to support local involvement into the global environment.
• Establish and develop relationships with association or local media like newspapers and/or magazines and use article/newsletters and advertisements to promote our company.
• In conjunction with HR, establish and develop relationships with selected universities, technical schools etc, participate in career fairs across the region all of which could potentially lead to attracting talent
• Improve on our social community engagement so that Group and brand’s image is enhanced to the markets that we operate in.
