Our client is one of the premier suppliers of industrial group and delivering the highest quality of products and services in the sector. Due to new opportunities, they are currently looking for an; ‘Credit Controller’.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or above in related fields (Finance / Accounting or Business Administration),
· At least 3 years working experience in Credit Controling in a global company,
· Accounting experince/ knowledge is an asset,
· Experience in SAP systems,
· Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken,
· PC and MS Office skill is a must,
· Good interpersonal and communication skills,
· Self-driven, result oriented and good organizing skill,
· Strong analytical skills, businesslike and good team member,
· No military obligation for male candidates.
Job Description
· Proactively managing and collecting debts from company debtors
· Assessing new credit requests and reviewing customers’ credit ratings with banks
· Setting up of terms and conditions of credit
· Ensuring timely payment of debts
· Following up payments as needed
· Negotiating repayment plans, and re-negotiating these if required
· Resolving queries both internally and externally around payments and outstanding invoices
· Processing payments and reconciliation of invoices
· Checking and posting of receipts to accounting systems
· Preparing statements, client status reports and other relevant information as required
