Our client is one of the global market leader of mining industry and delivering the highest quality of products and services in the sector. Due to new opportunities, they are currently looking for a ; ‘After Market Technical Service Engineer / Screen Media in Mining ’.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Mining engineering,
• Technical experience in screening application in mining industry,
• Experience in depth knowledge of screens and screen media types (metal / polyurethane / rubber),
• Minimum 3 years experience in service and technical support in releated area,
• Capable of performing detailed site inspections,
• Starting, leading, monitoring screen media trials,
• Production and operation knowledge about polyurethane screen panels would be advantange,
• Good knowledge of the English language, both verbally and in writing,
• Experience with MS-Office and modern communication tools,
• Analytical thinking, interest in technical details of products,
• Dynamic approach with good communication skills,
• Good customer relation and communication skill,
• Driving licence is mandatory,
• No obstacle to travel.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Fulfill a technical sales and service function that is responsible for application and proposal engineering,
• Technical selling, conducting site services and inspections, and supporting sales engineers in the region to grow the sales of the Screen Media product line in the company in accordance with company policies and procedures,
• Installation, maintenance and repair of installations onsite,
• Give theoretical and practical training to end users,
• Give onsite advice regarding performance, maintenance and usage of parts,
• Provide written reports (in English) regarding local conditions and tasks,
• Build solid client relationships by providing excellent service and by assessing and fulfilling client needs, for both existing services or products and also additional ones,
• Key link between internal departments and end users,
• Maintenance and service & repair tasks.
