Due to new opportunities, our client is currently looking for a; ‘Maintenance Manager’.
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate should be ready to respond to the following skills and experiences:
• Graduate of BS Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or the equivalent. Master’s degree in engineering or business discipline preferred.
• Minimum 10-15 years in experience in a similar field
• Must be results-oriented and strive to achieve high levels of quality
• Ability to manage multiple timelines, priorities, and responsibilities
• Good analytical and problem-solving and planning skills
• Good to work under pressure
• Good MS Office skills
• Fluent in verbal and written English
• No military obligation for male candidates
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities in the facility including analyzing equipment needs, reliability issues, developing preventive/predictive maintenance programs
• Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
• Coach, mentor, train and develop maintenance employees to meet current and future business requirements
• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies
