Our client is one of the global market leader of mining industry and delivering the highest quality of products and services in the sector. Due to new opportunities, they are currently looking for a; ‘Sales Support & Order Specialist’.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Gradute from bachelor’s degree prefably in Mining or releated Engineering degrees,
• 3-4 years of experience in customer service,sales support or sales operation,
• Advanced English language skills,
• Experince in SAP sales order process and Sales Forces system,
• Analytical thinking, interest in technical details of products,
• Understanding of international trading activities,
• Knowledge of competitive market products and prices,
• Dynamic approach with good communication skills,
• Good and effective communication skills,
• Commercially minded,good team player and self-motivated,
• Ability to work on own initiative and focus to accuracy.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Main responsibility of this role will be to process OE (Original Equipment) orders and ensure all technical and commercial details are reviewed and approved,
• Perform daily / weekly meetings with usually Engineering team and other relevant departments to review incoming order requests,
• Communicate with Originator regarding points to be updated,
• Work with Planning & Commercial team to pick up the Lead time and Price,
• Finally, load the order in SAP and announce order intake; send Order Confirmation,
• Support Order Book Management ; review regularly the orders for output and their timelines,
• Customer account set up when required,
• Review and assess current working methods to enable continuous improvement,
• Local TR orders – spare parts and Inter Company spares parts orders processing.
