Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to provide actionable insights
Ensure compliance with local and international tax and regulatory requirements
Perform reconciliations, monitor cash flow, and manage intercompany transactions
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices
Support finance leadership with ad-hoc reports and strategic projects
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or ACCA certification preferred)
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within a holding company or multi-entity business structure
Strong knowledge of IFRS and local tax regulations
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines
Fluency in English
