Due to new opportunities, our client which is one of the leader companies in the FMCG industry is currently looking for a; ‘Export Area Sales Manager’.
QUALIFICATIONS
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, sales & marketing or similar
• Minimum 8 years of international sales and marketing management experience in FMCG
• Fluency in spoken and written English is a must, German is a plus
• No restriction to travel, European work permit is a must
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Adaptability in various business and social cultures
• Good command of MS Office applications
• Reside in Germany, preferably in Hamburg
• Only Turkish candidates will be considered
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Managing the existing business partners in Germany and Central Europe, identifying the growth areas, executing relevant strategies and sales activities in order to improve the business results and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Developing new business partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, national and/or international retailers in Europe
• Manage distributors (visiting, auditing, performance tracking, portfolio updating, segmenting, rewarding, compliance) and develop long term relations
• Track competitors’ and market insights and analyze the applicability of best practices
• Prepare and present management reviews
• Coordinate campaign deployment, digital communication, with trade marketing and marketing teams
• Travelling abroad for existing and /or new business partner visits and attending international fairs in order to represent the company
