Our client is a leading AI startup specializing in medical imaging analysis. They are seeking a Sales Representative to cover the United Kingdom region and join their rapidly growing team. Reporting to the VP of Sales and Business Development, this unique role will focus on both territory development and direct sales activities, while also contributing to the establishment of the company’s future sales infrastructure.
Key Qualifications for Success:
At least 2 years of proven experience in selling imaging solutions in the field of echocardiography
Knowledge of current healthcare IT systems and enterprise imaging workflow processes
Experience selling to hospitals, outpatient centers, and private clinics
Self-starter with the ability to open doors and generate new business opportunities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to create presentation materials for face-to-face customer meetings
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
Ability to travel – up to 30%
Responsibilities:
Identify sales opportunities for new customer acquisition within the assigned region
Build strong, high-value relationships with key influencers in imaging across the target region
Manage the full sales cycle and exceed set sales targets by closing new opportunities
Develop best sales practices that will form the foundation for the growth of the sales function
Prepare and deliver customized presentations addressing clients’ clinical, operational, and financial needs
Manage all contract and legal processes, resolving issues as they arise
Collaborate with channel partners contributing to the sales cycle
Support the development of customer-facing messaging
Work closely with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies
Collect and communicate competitive intelligence for product management
Ensure accurate and timely reporting through Salesforce (including forecasts)
Manage relationships with initial users post-sale
