Our client, a leading company in the Manufacturing Industry, is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize the end-to-end supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring logistics, procurement, inventory, and production flow to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness throughout the organization.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and proven experience in managing complex supply networks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within the manufacturing sector.
Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and production planning processes.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced MS Excel skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with the company’s production goals and business objectives.
Manage procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory, and production planning functions.
Ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess inventory through effective demand forecasting.
Negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and transport partners to secure the best terms and quality standards.
Monitor and analyze KPIs such as lead times, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery performance.
Collaborate closely with production, quality, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and internal company policies.
Lead and develop the supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
