Our client, a leading company in the Manufacturing Industry, is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize the end-to-end supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring logistics, procurement, inventory, and production flow to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness throughout the organization.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and proven experience in managing complex supply networks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

General Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within the manufacturing sector.

  • Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and production planning processes.

  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced MS Excel skills.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with the company’s production goals and business objectives.

  • Manage procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory, and production planning functions.

  • Ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess inventory through effective demand forecasting.

  • Negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and transport partners to secure the best terms and quality standards.

  • Monitor and analyze KPIs such as lead times, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery performance.

  • Collaborate closely with production, quality, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.

  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and internal company policies.

  • Lead and develop the supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
