We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented "Financial Business Controller" to support our client's financial planning, reporting, and analysis processes. The ideal candidate will act as a business partner to management, ensuring accurate budget preparation, forecasting, and financial reporting, while providing insights to improve business performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
Proven experience (typically 3–5 years) in financial controlling, budgeting, and reporting, preferably in an international or corporate environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present findings clearly
Proficiency in financial planning tools, SAP, and advanced MS Excel skills
Knowledge of IFRS is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Fluency in English
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and monitor annual budgets and periodic forecasts in collaboration with relevant departments
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders
Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and provide actionable recommendations to achieve targets
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
Coordinate with various business units to gather financial data and provide strategic financial guidance
Perform cost control, profitability analysis, and cash flow monitoring
Support management in decision-making by preparing business cases and scenario analyses
Participate in the continuous improvement of financial processes, tools, and reporting systems
