CONSENT FORM FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

I hereby acknowledge that I have read the Candidate Information Notice on the Processing of Personal Data provided to me by Chronos Employment Services Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Chronos”).

I consent to the retention, use, recording, storage, disclosure, transfer (within Turkey and abroad), classification, and sharing of my personal data contained in the CV I have submitted for a job application, by Chronos, in line with the purposes set forth in the Candidate Information Notice on the Processing of Personal Data and as required by applicable laws.

I further consent to the transfer and sharing of my personal data with employer business partners/companies and public institutions for the purposes specified in the Candidate Information Notice on the Processing of Personal Data.

I hereby accept and declare my explicit consent.
