Data Analyst Supply Chain PNW EMEA

The data analyst Supply Chain is responsible for providing support to the Supply Chain and Operations organization in data gathering and analysis. You will be the key person for providing data needed in decision making processes. Your knowledge of systems and data will make you the go to person for all questions regarding information needed for projects and business analysis. In this role you will report directly to the Director Supply Chain planning PNW EMEA


  • Optimize the Supply Chain reports and applications and create proper technical and functional documentation

  • Inventory of the current existing supply chain queries and reports

  • Support SC and Ops organization in analysis of data and creation of reports and presentations

  • Analyze data for consistency, accuracy and trends

  • Support SC and Ops organization on critical systems as S&OP and planning systems

  • Prepare SC reports and applications for transfer to new ERP system

  • Support and lead data driven projects for Supply Chain

  • Prepare quarterly Service review for all sites in Europe

  • Prepare Safety stock calculation for all products and all sites on a monthly basis



  • At least a Vocational Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three years relevant working experience.

  • Good knowledge of the complexity of supply chain processes and understanding the business impact is a must to perform optimally within this position

  • A professional with strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Excellent project management skills (six sigma certified is a plus)

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Access and Excel is a must

  • Excellent knowledge of SAP R3 (MM, PP and SD module)

  • Ability to translate the data into information

  • Keen eye for details

  • Ability to drive for improvements, result oriented

  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous business settings and under pressure of deadline

  • Clear team player

  • Excellent written and spoken knowledge of the English language is a must

  • No 9 to 5 mentality

  • Prepared to travel within Europe
