FMCG Consumer Insight Client Advisor EMEA Zurich


Our client is a pioneer of consumer data intelligence technology solutions expanding their global operations. 
They are looking for an exceptional FMCG Consumer Insight professional. This is a home office based position (preferably close to a major European airport hub) requiring frequent travel to visit clients and offering competitive compensation.

MUST-have Requirements
1. University degree, advanced degree preferred
2. Min 8-10 years FMCG consumer insight experience both with a major FMCG manufacturer and in a market research agency
3. Account management experience including consultative engagements
4. Knowledge of CPG industry, both manufacturer, and retailer and ability to penetrate senior decision makers across client functional teams
5. Ability to clearly explain analytical techniques to non-expert audiences
6. Self-starter with a keen interest in technology-driven solutions
7. Confident and eloquent in conversing and engaging with all stakeholder levels of client, a solid negotiator
8. Have strong interpersonal skills, including communications and client focus
9. Personality traits required: confident, inquisitive, self-starter, accountable, responsible
10. Proven ability to build strong, trust-based client relationships, contributing to strategic account planning process and vision for client
11. Solid experience in analyzing and integrating various data sources with market and industry knowledge + Ability to develop conceptual frameworks to simplify complex problems and issues
Key Responsibilities
1. To create and grow long-term client engagement and relationships across multiple functions within the client organization in the country/region
2. Understand client strategic business priorities and align solution portfolio to deliver against them through consultative selling
3. Drive actionable recommendations that are aligned to client business issues
4. Engage with the local sales teams to advocate the voice of the client to drive value delivery and share best practices
5. To deliver a truly valued partner advisory experience for the client
