Chronos Consulting's client is a global beverage leader. Due to exciting expansion, we are seeking a Trade Marketing Executive to be based in their Panamá City office


The Trade Marketing Executive represents the company in their area, gaining the customers confidence, securing the availability and visibility of the company at POS and being responsible for the continuous volume growth. You will identify business opportunities and trends, build a network of decision makers, utilize your developed negotiation skills and solution-oriented mindset.

The Role:

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

Demonstrating your hand on ability and understanding / experience in the market to leverage the brand properties and positioning and expanding On Premise Accounts in your territory

Living and breathe the nightlife environment engaging key consumers through innovative activation.

Developing relative industry relationships (Dj`s, Promoters, Magazines, etc.)  that result in business building initiatives.

Participating in Event Activation ensuring availability and premium execution with 3rd party and company events.

Administrating optimization of all OP Tools (OP Knowledge Base, Infonet, CRM, Warehouse, POS, etc)

Negotiating and implementing commercial partnership agreements. 

Tracking trends and collecting market research

The Requirements:


Business degree or related field, coupled with 2+ years of experience in a sales position with a strong track record of success


Outstanding local market knowledge, contacts and experience in “the scene”


Ability to manage and cultivate relationships, business and scene-savvy, committed, passionate and able to live the late night lifestyle


Solution oriented and “Do-it-now” attitude with an outgoing personality, strong work ethic, reliable, self-aware, sociable, flexible, self-motivated and ambitious


Able to manage time and workload to optimize effectiveness and efficiency and willingness to work with a flexible schedule (night hours).


Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)


Fluent in English
